We had a wonderful stay! Thanks so much for your hospitality. The room really did have everything we needed, and it was so comfy. Everything was thought of, we especially liked the plugs on the bedside tables to charge phones, the hot chocolate sachets and bickies were enjoyed last night and the heater in the room worked really well. Wonderful location, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, Botanic Gardens and a quick car trip to the beach and other attractions. Superbly comfortable bed and quiet room for a good night's sleep. I stayed two nights there with a friend over the weekend of the recent election and watched the results come in with astonishment and disbelief! Highly recommend City Heart Motel Warrnambool. We stayed here and found the manager to be extremely friendly and helpful and would definitely return. The motel is in a great location  to walk to the shops and restaurants, and extremely safe. The room had a really  comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean and Rob was a really nice guy to deal with. Congratulations to Rob, Jenny and staff Once again we booked the 3 bedroom apartment and was not disappointed. The room was spotless,  the service top notch (5 stars not enough). We had a hassle free stay, kids loved it as much if not more than the adults. Great location as close to everything. Well done Rob and staff. We will definitely be back to stay with you guys again. Thanks again for having us.
